New Year, Endless Possibilities

It's almost the end of December which typically marks a new year for everyone. Resolutions are made, then usually broken or forgotten about in the first few weeks. I don't make resolutions, I try everyday to do something that will get me closer to my goals. Whether that be for fitness, health, wealth or peace.
A few weeks ago I started getting up an hour earlier to do a guided meditation and to stand on my vibration plate to get the blood moving and I have to say it is changing my day. I find I am more calm and go through my day with more peace.
The teacher I am using for my guided meditation is David Ji. His voice is so soothing and calming and he has a bunch of free guided meditations on his website.
Try adding one small self care habit to your daily life and see how one small change can have a huge impact. Even if it's just humming in the shower. Did you know that humming can stimulate the vagus nerve which can reduce stress and promote relaxation. Look at this article from Psychology Today.
